Welcome to the primary Section at Dar Al Uloom International Schools!

Key Admission Information:

  • We accept students from Grade 1 to Grade 6.
  • The Girls’ Section includes Grades 1 to 6, while the Boys’ Section includes Grades 1 and 2.
  • The Upper Boys’ Section includes Grades 3 to 6.
  • Admission requires a personal interview and an assessment test to determine the student’s academic and social level.
  • Parents must submit the required documents such as the birth certificate, vaccination certificate, and a copy of the family ID card or residency permit (for non-Saudis).
  • The school day runs from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • We follow accredited American curricula based on international standards: Common Core State Standards for English and Math, and NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards) for Science and STEM subjects. National curricula are followed for Arabic, Islamic Studies, and Social Studies, providing an integrated educational experience that promotes critical thinking and creativity.
  • Our teaching methods focus on collaborative learning, active participation, differentiated instruction, and modern technology integration, with a project-based approach to enhance students’ critical and creative thinking skills.
  • Student assessment includes diagnostic, short, midterm, and final exams, as well as continuous assessment in Grades 1 and 2. Academic and behavioral reports are provided to summarize performance and behavior, strengthening communication with parents.
  • Academic support classes are provided for students needing skill enhancement to ensure progress and better outcomes.
  • A wide range of academic and extracurricular activities is offered to develop students’ social and creative skills, including sports, arts, STEM, and educational and recreational field trips.
  • We provide quarterly plans through the Classlight platform that include academic programs, activities, student and health guidance, as well as weekly plans detailing daily lessons.
  • We prioritize communication with parents through platforms like Classlight and WhatsApp to ensure accurate and continuous follow-up of the educational process.
