Secondary Level - Girls

International Section Secondary Level - Girls

At Dar Al Uloom Schools, we aspire to prepare our students to become confident individuals who are competent and capable of making conscious decisions based on clear values. We strive for them to take responsibility for their actions and be able to make a positive impact on their surroundings. By the time they graduate at the age of eighteen, our students possess strong skills in effective communication, confidence in public speaking, and the ability to inspire those around them.

We work diligently to prepare our students for admission to prestigious universities both within the Kingdom and abroad, by supporting them in passing international entrance exams such as the SATs, as well as the Qudrat and Tahsili exams approved in Saudi Arabia.

    Curriculum and Standards

The school day includes 7 daily classes covering a wide range of specialized subjects such as:

    • The academic program is based on the U.S. Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for international schools, which provide clear guidance for developing students’ math and English language skills from Kindergarten through Grade 12.
    • These standards focus on developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills — essential competencies for future success.
    • They also offer teachers effective tools to assess student progress and ensure that students stay on track toward academic and professional achievement.

    Teaching Methodology

    • We adopt a balanced and student-centered approach that places the learner at the heart of the educational process.
    • Weekly curriculum plans for each unit are reviewed and updated to align with the progress and achievements of each student.
    • We design learning-specific assessments to support students and provide an educational environment that enables them to reach their full potential.

    Academic Calendar

We follow the academic calendar of the Saudi Ministry of Education, dividing the school year into three academic terms. Final assessments (Learning Process Evaluations) are used to prepare a comprehensive report of student grades at the end of each term.
